Our Story

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. 

It wasn't quite like the colonists and King George, but Noble Aim was born out of necessity and fueled by a passion to provide quality competitive programs for youth and their families who want more than to just be On Target . 

Our Logo- The Spartan Helmet flanked by two Phoenix's rising with crossed arrow and rifle. 

Central to the crest is the Spartan Helmet which has become a symbol of loyalty, courage, strength, and honor. All qualities we try to instill in our participants. 

Phoenix- Symbolizing rebirth.

Crossed Arrow/Rifle- A tribute to our core sports of Archery and Marksmanship.

We aim for excellence in all we do.

With that said, the focus of that statement for the coaches, volunteers, and executive board of Noble Aim is the ALL.

We ALL put our ALL into ALL we do.

Excellent people helping people be Excellent. 

Our Values

While we aim for excellence in all we do, we don't look for excellence on a score card.

Scores don't matter.

An Excellent shot is not judged by the hole in makes On Target. It is judged by what happens at the bow or rifle, long before that arrow or bullet flies. It's the process that is built on a solid foundation of relationships and drive to be the best person possible, and excellent people achieve excellent things.
